Can the bikes be delivered?

Yes, this is possible. You can submit your request via our delivery request form. You will then receive a suitable quote from us with the options available. It is not possible to book a delivery online.

Do I get a full battery with an E-bike?

Yes, your E-bike is always delivered with a full battery. Rental period longer than one day? Then you will receive a charger. Are you making an extra-long trip in one day and need a charging option in between? Then you can request a charger at the pick-up location (subject to availability).

Can I return my bike after closing time?

Yes, this is possible. When picking up, please indicate that you want to return the bike after closing time. Our staff will inform you of the best place to park the bike and where to leave the key.
